  • Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
    No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges. Please review all product details before purchasing.
  • How do I get updates on new deals?
    Fill out our deal submission form or follow us on social media to get early access to flash sales, new arrivals, and exclusive offers!
  • Can I pick up my order locally?
    At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped. Unless you contact us at anrflashdeals@gmail.com with the subject line "A&R Flash Deals - Local Pick Up Request" Possibility of a physical location in Pontiac, IL in the future.
  • Are your products brand new?
    All of our items are brand new and never used, occasionally we will have open box everything will be clearly stated in the product description.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier. You will receive tracking info once your order ships.
  • Do you ship everywhere in the U.S.?
    Yes! We ship throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and quantity of your order.
  • What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
    A&R’s Outlet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipments include carrier-provided insurance, and customers must file claims directly with the shipping provider.
  • What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
    If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can help file a claim with the carrier.
