• Minor cosmetic packaging damage

📦 Shipping Insurance & Responsibility

All packages are shipped with carrier-provided insurance to help protect against damage or loss during transit.

However, A&R Flash Deals is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered

• Delays caused by the carrier

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

We encourage all customers to use a secure delivery address and track shipments using the information provided after checkout.

📸 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Clear photos of the item(s)

• A photo of the shipping box

• Your order number

We’ll work with you to file an insurance claim with the shipping provider if applicable.
